Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To supervise assigned shift effectively to deliver required quality and delivery commitments at the least possible cost.
• To work together, and continually coordinate with co-supervisor on production planning, organizing, reporting, and controlling functions.
• To consistently lead and motivate the team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• To safeguard the safety of production personnel as well as related company assets and production tools and equipment.
• To actively pursue and promote continuous improvement (CI) and other lean manufacturing practices

Qualifications

• Preferably engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical) or food technology graduate with solid background in dairy/food processing.
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience.
