Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role manages team leaders and operators to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities per shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor manpower allocation and machine utilization.
• Enforce safety policies and company procedures.
• Prepare and submit production reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• With supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
