Production Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the Production Head in planning, organizing, Staffing, leading and controlling resources for the attainment of results for backend production section / shift to produce the desired volume of products according to the prescribed efficiency rate and quality yield levels in conformance to customer's schedule at a minimum manpower and material cost.

Must be Engineering Graduate (BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering and other related Engineering courses.)

• With at least 1-3 years work experience in a electronics manufacturing company.
• Knowledgeable in PCB and PCBA.
• Good analytical ability
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Possess good decision-making skill, and leadership skills.
