• Conducting the annual employee appraisals (dialogue)

Evaluation of employees (references)

• Control and compliance with standards
• Collaboration in the preparation of the standards
• Carry out process confirmation and demand compliance with the standards
• Organize shift handover and perform REKO according to SFM cascade
• Capture, evaluate, and visualize process capability
