Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for efficient and smooth low of operations in the Production. The primary Objective is to produce the right quantity and quality of products at the right time and with the least possible cost.

• Implements inventory control procedures to ensure usage of the right amount of materials.
• Analyze equipment's performance and recommends maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Also implements maintenance on machines by submitting job order to EMD.
• Analyses production data and performance and implements improvements in processes and procedures to achieve greater production efficiency.
• Execution of effective production, schedule, and manpower planning.
• Implements monitoring and reporting systems in detailing key parameters for all processes, equipments and personnel related activities. Reviews and ensures accurate and timely accomplishment and submission of such reports.
