Production Supervisor

Tyco Inc., a growing food manufacturing company specializing in processed meat products, siomai, siopao, and other frozen goods, is looking for a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and company SOPs
• Monitor productivity, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and Procurement teams
• Ensure proper machine usage, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance
• Prepare daily production reports and monitor KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
• At least 2–3 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
