Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible For
Supervise daily operations in the polishing, greening, coating and lens fabrication processes.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and material usage.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Lead and manage:
Lead and motivate production operators, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
Train and mentor employees on manufacturing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Conduct performance evaluations, attendance tracking, and conflict resolution.
Assign tasks effectively and adjust workloads based on production priorities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
