**Metal Production Supervisor**

**Position Summary**

Oversees and directs activities of assigned personnel according to daily production requirements by performing the following duties within the metal department. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

**Principle Responsibilities**

+ Supervises staff engaged in operational activities on designated shift; accountable for the performance of Cell Leads and other assigned employees.
