- Supervise and control daily C2B production activities, ensuring smooth workflow from cutting, stitching, assembling, packing, to final shipment.
- Monitor and balance production lines based on Takt Time (T/T), Cycle Time (C/T), and manpower allocation.
- Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing initiatives such as Line Balancing, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to drive efficiency.
- Analyze production performance data to identify issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety targets.
- Collaborate with planning, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams to resolve process constraints and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Prepare production reports and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
