Qualifications

• College degree Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Chemistry, Food Technology and other related courses
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
• Diligent, hard working and open to new ideas
• Knowledgeable in production planning and KPI
• Knowledgeable in problem solving, critical thinking and analytical thinking.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and international Food standard
• With excellent people handling skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on shifts.
• Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas.
