Production Supervisor

General Summary

The Production Supervisor responsible for day-to-day production within the company. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. The Production Supervisor plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales' customer requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering courses
• At least 1-year supervisory experience gained from Printing, Food Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging
• Knowledge in minor machine trouble shooting an advantage
• Familiarity with the following preferred: ISO Documentation and Processes, Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) or with BOSH or HACCP Training a definite PLUS
• Proficient in general computer operation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
