The role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. in Likas, Sabah. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concrete production facility, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
Key responsibilities
Health, Safety, and Training
-Understand, implement and manage compliance with the Company's Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
-To promote and communicate a positive health and safety culture.
-To produce health and safety procedures, risk assessments, safe systems of work, and toolbox talks.
-Undertake regular safety inspections of the plant, equipment, and vehicles; ensuring defects are identified and that effective remedial action is taken.
