Salary

$65,000 - $75,000

Position Function

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising one of the production areas of Caldic’s Mississauga facility.

Scope

The Production Supervisor will be accountable for the day‑to‑day operations of the designated production area and will collaborate with the P&C, HSE and Quality teams to ensure production meets customer and internal stakeholder expectations in a secure and high‑quality manner.

Major Tasks and Duties

• Work with P&C to maintain adequate staffing levels in support of the business and budget.
• Reconcile Time & Attendance for the production team (and temporary employees) and manage vacation requests.
