Production Supervisor ~ Molding

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Safety rules and procedures are followed in the facility and ensure active safety teams and culture exists. Lead Safety Gemba walks in the site and collaborate with other teams to implement safety kaizens.
• Be quality-oriented and must be able to reinforce quality standards and procedure adhesion.
• Collaborates with other departments to improve existing processes and recommends changes to enhance quality and productivity while improving profitability.
• Ensure all job set up and workflows meet safety, manning and production requirements.
• Meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
• Oversee all job functions performed in production areas and secondary operations.
• Define manning requirements every week based on schedule plan.
• Measure and increase overall direct Labor and equipment efficiency.
