• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high‑quality output and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive data‑based decisions.
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.

• Engineering or bachelor’s degree.
• Hourly personal management shift availability (including Shift 3).
