Key Responsibilities
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high‐quality output and cost efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive data‐based decisions.
Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.

Engineering or bachelor's degree.
