Production Supervisor (OPTO)

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time. You will supervise operators, ensure compliance with process documentation, manage workflow and reporting, and foster a culture of safety and accountability within the Optical Connection area.

You will join the OSCO division in Guadalajara, collaborating with teams from Quality, Program Management, NPI/Process Engineering, and the Manufacturing Manager.
