Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

• The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production teams and ensuring that fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and coating processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.


• This role plays a key part in executing production plans, supporting team development, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring, (SQDCIP), safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and productivity goals are achieved.


• Assign work according to production schedules and adjust labor/resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Monitor workflow and provide hands-on support to resolve bottlenecks, equipment issues, or quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, PPE use, and OSHA regulations; foster a strong safety culture.
