The Production Supervisor - Paint is responsible for testing and making necessary adjustments to maintain integrity of the paint, pre‑treat and waste‑water systems, and directing paintline personnel on an assigned shift.

• Paintline Troubleshooting Maintenance:
  • Will be expected to clear all conveyors, Lowerators and paint‑related problems through systemic troubleshooting and problem solving to minimize impact on other departments.
  • Keep pre‑treatment, Ecoat and Powder Coating systems running within optimal efficiencies.
