Production Supervisor - Paint

Job Information

The Production Supervisor – Paint is responsible for testing and making necessary adjustments to maintain the integrity of the paint, pre‑treat and wastewater systems, and directing paint line personnel on an assigned shift.

Role & Responsibility

• Paint line troubleshooting / maintenance
  • Clear all conveyors, lowerers and paint‑related problems through systematic troubleshooting and problem solving to minimize impact on other departments.
  • Keep pre‑treatment, Ecoat and Powder Coating systems running within optimal efficiencies.
  • Maintain wastewater discharge to comply with state and local regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and records required for EPA reporting.

  • Arrange maintenance of machines, equipment and facilities in the Paint department.
