Job Information
The Production Supervisor - Paint is responsible for testing and making necessary adjustments to maintain integrity of the paint, pre-treat and waste water systems, and directing of paintline personnel on an assigned shift.
Role & Responsibility
Paintline Troubleshooting Maintenance:
Will be expected to clear all conveyors, Lowerators and paint-related problems through systemic troubleshooting and problem solving to minimize impact on other departments.Keep pre-treatment, Ecoat and Powder Coating systems running within optimal efficiencies.
Maintain waste water discharge to comply with state and local regulations.
Prepare and maintain reports and record required for EPA reporting.
Department Administration:
Arrange for maintenance of machines, equipment and facilities in Paint department.May estimate, requisition, and inspect materials coming into the department.
