Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute production plan by delegating tasks to personnel, accomplishing production targets, revising schedules, and keeping track of processing flow in production.
• Check and follow up status and priorities; escalate any production-related issues concerning engineering, quality, and material supply.
• Check and follow up needed materials and ensure that these are maintained within control level usage at all times.
• Check overall condition of operating equipment versus setup plan based on customer requirements.
• Responsible for training operators in operations with updated corrective actions for issues encountered in the line.
• Supervise and coordinate activities with the GLs for any changes in line procedures.
• Report and coordinate quality problems with engineers regarding findings on product/process to provide corrective actions for encountered issues.
