Production Supervisor

Education: Graduate of any Engineering courses

Experience: At least 2 years Supervisory experience, preferably gained from printing or food manufacturing industry

Other Qualifications :

• Knows minor trouble shooting of machine
• Orientation: Detailed, Results and Customer Service
• Skills: Excellent in Communication both written and verbal, interpersonal; Good in Mathematical computation; Proficient in Computer Operation (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Strong Leadership Skills
• Abilities: Follow and execute working instructions and procedure; perform all production functions as necessary; Apply written instruction to machine set-up and maintenance; Focused while working under pressure
• Familiar with team building techniques.
• Familiar in print production: pre-press, graphics, press, post-press and envelope, as well as the security features it requires.
