Production Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and lead the operations of the department to meet set objectives.
• Execute and ensure adherence to daily production schedule to meet customer sales orders and commitments.
• Prepares and submits daily End-Shift Report (ESR).
• Ensure compliance to set process instructions and identify deviations (if any).
• Create and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure work accuracy (documentation, process output, man-hour scheduling) and workplace safety (use of PPE, identify work hazards or potential near-miss scenarios).
• Implement and ensure employee compliance to company code of discipline.
• Create and submit reports relevant to the operations of the department.
• Ensure on-time, daily accomplishment of production reports in iSystem (production management module).
• Coordination and communication with other departments.
