Production Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Engineering, Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• With at least 2 years of working experience in any field
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience as supervisor gained from food industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for Setting production's Schedule.
• Monitors Preparation, Baking and Slicing Area Parameters.
• Attend Daily Huddle Meeting.
• Monitor Toolbox if it follows then adjust it if necessary.
• Prepare Toolbox for next P.O.
• Monitors Production Efficiency and Productions Overtime.
• Designate Task to Team Leaders then verified if it's done.
• In-charge with Completeness of Deliveries and On Time (P.O vs Produced).
• Monitor and Validate Completeness of Data in Monitoring Forms (Signatories).
• Coordinate with Support Groups for Product, Facility and Machines Improvements.
