Production Supervisor

Work closely with production and quality control and other company leaders to ensure that they meet production schedules, products attain a high quality standard and the organisation adheres to safety protocols.

• Manages the production team
• Monitors productivity and quality
• Provides guidance and instructions to ensure that all production goals are met
• Implements and maintains quality control systems so the manufactured products meet customer requirements and quality standards
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data
• Coordinates with employees to meet projected schedules
