Summary

Responsible for implementation of the company philosophy, policies, quality improvement actions, and maintain quality indices.

Job Responsibilities

• Plans, organize, directs, controls and reviews the work activities of all Foreman and Assistant Supervisor.
• Receives, disseminates and monitors activities according to work instructions and management memo.
• Checks and reviews process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With 9-10 years of work experience in manufacturing entity in a supervisory or similar capacity.
• Knowledge on production process and supervisory skills.
• General knowledge in IATF and ISO Certificates.
