Production Supervisor

i. Delegates and assigns tasks and responsibilities on production employees on a daily basis.

ii. Oversees weighing, compounding and filling processes in production operations.

iii. Evaluates each production areas and processes to maintain optimum efficiency.

iv. Ensures that production schedule are completed on time.

v. Checks production output according to specifications.

vi. Enforces all safety policies and ensuring all standard operating procedures are being implemented at all times.

vii. Maintains communication between Manager and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed.

viii. Ensures that the flow of resources like raw materials, packaging materials and other production supplies are maintained as needed and are used properly and efficiently.

ix. Helps identify issues in processes and efficiency and suggest necessary improvements.
