Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for meeting the required quality of products and achieving production plan.
• To supervise the production activities of production personnel on the assembly line.
• Assist in the verification and checking of all reports, status of schedules, efficiency of personnel and machines and take action if there are unsatisfactory operational results.
• Implements all procedures regarding production operation.
• Performs / responsible for trouble shooting and adjustment of machines.
• Coordinates with other section, department related to the operation
• Trains personnel on production system and other activities.
• Directly responsible and has the authority to stop production should problem arise pertaining to issues related to product quality, equipment failure and other matters.
