Production Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain production targets
• Provide guidance, training, and support to production workers to enhance their skills and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to address any production-related issues
• Analyse production data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the production process
