Production Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track and monitor production performance
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Technical understanding of the manufacturing process and equipment operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
