Production Supervisor

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Engineering or any related field;
• 3 to 5 years work related experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a bakery production;
• Plan, Schedule, and monitor bread production to meet demand;
• Ensure the machines and equipment operate smoothly.
• Ensure bread meets taste, texture, and appearance standards;
• Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Supervise and train production staff;
• Assign daily tasks and manage shift rotations.
• Implement process improvement for efficiency
• Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
