Production Supervisor

• Manage optimal productivity and efficiency through systematic operating procedures
• Enforce company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Assign tasks to the production workers and monitor their assigned areas
• Inspect raw materials, finished goods, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
• Plan and establish weekly work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals
• Resolve concerns, issues, problems, complaints or grievances of workers and file incident reports and recommendations
• Maintain quality control by conforming to process standards
• Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strenghts and weaknesses, and to manage optimal productivity and efficiency
• Possess leadership skills and be able to communicate tasks clearly
