Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop the personnel assigned to your operational area, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
• Guarantee the achievement of quality, productivity, cost, and delivery objectives through proper management of manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and production systems.
• Track and apply hourly controls in assigned areas, implementing countermeasures to meet production requirements.
