Production Supervisor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overseeing and directing daily operations within a production or manufacturing facility.
2. Supervising production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting production targets and deadlines.
3. Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the electroforming equipment and processes to produce high-quality jewelry pieces.
4. Ensure that the electroforming process adheres to quality and safety standards while troubleshooting any issues that arise. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field

Related Work Experience:
- 5-10 years of work experience handling operations and/or electroforming process
- Experience in manufacturing industry and/or jewelry processing is an advantage
