Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate/ equivalent
A valid Blasting Certificate of Competency for Scheduled Mines.
A shift Supervisor certificate.
Ability to pass Dover.
A valid driver's license
Medically fit to work underground
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5 years' relevant experience as an underground production supervisor in Stoping.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mining layouts.
Knowledge of ground support installation and stoping methods.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure, potentially hazardous environment.
Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing strenuous manual Labour.
