Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Receive Job form previous shift (shift hand over)
• Daily batching and sacking off output update in Production WhatsApp Group
• Check production overall report from previous shift
• Attendants update (must update within 15min after start shift)
• Manpower allocation during shortage of manpower (delegate instruction jobs to workers)
• Supervise overall production run
• Do spot check at dumping and sacking off (weight, sampling, stock card FIFO, recording and quality)
• Do spot check at operators daily routine reports (recording time and recording accuracy between PLC and actual)
• Achieve production target set by Production Executive and Factory Manager
• Ensure production running smoothly (no any downtime and idle time)
• To check weighing machine at sacking off and premix in good order
• Formulation key in / checking (verify by QA)
