Production supervisor

Qualifications University degree in industrial or production engineering, or a similar field. 5+ years of manufacturing-related experience with hands-on operational knowledge. Preferably 2 years of practical experience in an automotive industry manufacturing environment. Production supervisor experience (preferred). Experience working in an organization with a well-implemented Safety Culture (preferred). Responsibilities & Duties Orientate, control, and supervise the activities of production associates with the team leaders/shift leaders. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety technician rules. Discuss safety issues periodically with associates during pre-shift meetings, in alignment with daily safety requirements. Achieve production targets in terms of headcount, time, cost, and quality.
