Production Supervisor

Supervises all phases of work during his shift. Judiciously manages the resources in his shift to be able to meet the production schedule.

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor production staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Analyze production forecasts and adjust schedules accordingly.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of quality standards and control
