Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of supervisory experience in poultry, food manufacturing, or FMCG production.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in plant/farm environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production schedules and output targets are met with minimal downtime and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and biosecurity standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance during audits and inspections (NMIS, DA, FDA)
