Production Supervisor

Overview The Production Supervisor will oversee the overall activities of assigned area(s). The Production Supervisor will provide guidance and lead production personnel to achieve the production plan and attain agreed efficiency and GMP KPI's. The Production Supervisor will provide updates in the form of regular reporting of performance to their line manager. Responsibilities Oversee a team of up to 200 associates with 2 other Production Supervisors under the direction of the Director of Operations with five high speed production lines and various supporting departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Planning etc.) to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Track and report on key performance indicators such as line efficiency, plant attainment, OEE, yield, GMP percentages and downtime.
