Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:- Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.
- Supervise and train employees.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and proper use of PPE.
- Verify production according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
- Train new employees on how to use machinery safely and follow procedures (work instructions).
- Enforce strict company standards.
**Minimum Requirements**:- Technical degree/Incomplete degree in Engineering or a similar field.
- Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role (minimum of 3 years of experience).
- Experience in the use of various types of machinery and manufacturing tools.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
