**Job Description**

As a Production Supervisor, you will provide front-line leadership to a dynamic team, ensuring safety, food quality, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement are at the forefront of daily operations. You will manage and lead a team of 22-60 team members alongside three other supervisors across shifts, ensuring safe work procedures and food safety are consistently followed. Your role will be pivotal in training, motivating, and developing team members while managing the production schedule and resolving employee conflicts.
