Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the polishing, greening, coating and lens fabrication processes.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and material usage.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Lead and manage:
• Lead and motivate production operators, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
• Train and mentor employees on manufacturing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, attendance tracking, and conflict resolution.
• Assign tasks effectively and adjust workloads based on production priorities.

Education & Experience
