Production Supervisor

Qualification

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Proven experience working at a supervisory level in a Manufacturing industry (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
• Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time.
• Amenable to work in San Simon, Pampanga
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring of Production process and requirements.
• Monitoring of improvement process of production including the shift schedule
• Handling customer's concerns
• Prepare vital reports for the Management
• Provide training and educational materials to staff
• Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
• Other tasks and projects may be assign in the future.
