• Pursue an internship in the manufacturing industry or apply for a management trainee program for acceleration into a supervisory position.

Tasks and duties

• Organizing workflows and delegating tasks.
• Conducting quality checks of deliverables.
• Training and mentoring production operators.
• Creating and improving production line systems.
• Reporting production progress to management.
• Analyzing and evaluating workflow performance.
• Recording and organizing workflow data and recommending solutions.
• Upholding safety and quality standards.
