**Responsibilities**

The **Production Supervisor** (Second shift) will manage daily staffing needs of the manufacturing lines to optimize overall team's quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and output. You will also track and report overall team/shift performance in key metrics, lead and manage manufacturing teammates, and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure that the production plan goals are met and to ensure that the production process delivers high quality products meeting the product specifications.
