Production Supervisor

Job description:

• Lead, train, and supervise paint shop operators, painters, and support staff.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Enforce safety rules, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee paint shop activities to meet production schedules.
• Monitor work orders, prioritize jobs, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure paint usage, mixing, and application comply with technical specifications.
• Inspect surface preparation, coating thickness, adhesion, finish, and curing results.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, and ISO/QA requirements.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, solvents, and chemicals.
