Job Description
You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and the Code of Practice (COP) for safety. You will maintain efficient production processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S.
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
Plan and assign manpower based on daily production needs and operator skills.
Conduct and record Daily Toolbox meetings to discuss safety, quality, and productivity.
Supervise and support production operators.
Coordinate with maintenance/engineering for prompt machine repairs and support troubleshooting.
Train and develop production staff for better skills and efficiency.
Ensure product quality standards are met throughout production.
