What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure quality and productivity
• Track and manage your business unit's financial performance (P&L)and implement corrective actions when needed
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across shifts
• Drive a strong safety culture by enforcing health and safety protocols
